Please look at the below guide,
| New | Product that is not used before. |
| 10/10 | Product with no sign of use |
| 9/10 | Product with very little sign of use. |
| 8/10 | Product with sign of use but not very clear. |
| 7/10 | Product with some visible signs of wear. |
